Titch co. reserves the right to change prices & details on this website at any stage without giving notification to you.
All items are subject to availability. Demand will be high so if you all want the same kit we may run low, but we will do our best to sort everyone out as quick as we can.
All purchases made on the Titch co. online store are subject to the current countries currency of your location. There is only one rule with your purchase, Make Your Mark.
All design, copy & image’s on any of Titch co.’s websites are the property of South Island Culture Ltd. If you snake any of this without our permission bad things will happen!
Security:
All of Titch co’s purchases are powered by paypal. No credit card information is shared, kept or recorded by paypal or Titch co. We take security for real so for more information regarding paypal visit http://www.paypal.com.

Returns policy
In regards to you receiving your Titch co. you should be over the moon, but if you’re unhappy with your new threads, we can sort this out. We are truly gutted & would care for your feedback as to why you are unhappy. This will help us provide & make changes that are better for you.
In this case you have up to 14 days from purchase date to return your unworn, tagged & original receipt of purchase. We offer EXCHANGE, REFUND or CREDIT in the original payment form.
Unfortunately if the threads are altered, worn, damaged or dirty we are unable to refund your dollars. Sweet? This isn’t any different to anyone else’s policy so no biggy.
To process a return (which does not include the cost of shipping) please email your invoice No # & reason to: notkeen@titchco.co.nz to receive our postage address and returns No #.
Delivery (Shipping Info)
All threads will be posted the day of order (or possibly the next) and subject to either national or international postage rates.
Delivery around New Zealand will take 1-3 days. Any longer call the 5-0 as somebody knew it was Titch co.
Delivery to anyone out side the shores of NZ will have to hold fire for a few more days / weeks. Our package doesn’t include a jet pack!
All postage is un-tracked but we do offer a tracking service for your gears, however this will cost a little bit extra.
Titch co. will not be responsible to give a refund should your gears go missing after postage from the office. We provide a tracked service if you like to reassure yourself that human error wont take place on your order. We have faith in our postage system, touch wood.
New Zealand: Standard post is a mere $5 around NZ. If you want to be a good cat, splash out for the old lady or a mate & you will be rewarded. A purchase over a $100, delivery is on us. Free! Yes that’s right.
Australia: Standard post is as low as $7.50 to anywhere in Aus. If you’re a champion by buying the girls the goods, we will think that’s just great & cut off the postage fee. For a purchase over $125 delivery is free!
International Orders (Further than 42 below)
International postage rates will vary depending on your destination, but we will work together to get you that package.
Orders that are shipped outside the shores of New Zealand may be subject to import taxes. This includes customs duties and fees levied by the destination country.
The buyer of Titch co. threads on an international shipment may be subject to such import taxes, customs duties and fees. These fees are levied once a shipment reaches your country.
Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by the buyer. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be.
Customs policies vary worldwide from country to country. You should contact your local customs office for further information. When customs clearance procedures are required, it can cause delays beyond our original delivery estimates. We are sorry for this but can’t do much at this stage. Just go with the flow, it will turn up.
